Survey of University City Senior Residents Now Underway!
University City’s Community Development Department is currently engaged in distributing a survey that is designed to look at the needs of residents as they grow older.  The City of University City seeks to create programs or connect residents with existing services that will allow our older residents to remain in their homes and part of the community for as long as possible; the survey data collected from as large a number of older residents as possible will be very helpful for future planning. If you would like a survey and a self-addressed and stamped envelope mailed to your home, please call Marcia Mermelstein, Senior Services Coordinator, at 314-505-8563.

If you would like to submit the form on-line,  click here  to be able to print out a copy of the survey on your home computer, and then mail the completed survey to:  Adam Brown, Community Development Specialist, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Mo.  63130.
